Return Instructions

1. Complete this RMA form and submit it for approval.

2. Once approved, you will receive an RMA number. This number must be included on the outside of your return package.

3. Return the product to the following address:

4. Ensure the product is securely packaged. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or a wrong item was delivered.

5. Returns without an authorized RMA number may not be accepted.
